The Weeper is a hybrid between a human and several bacterial cultures. For it to be created, a Human corpse must be infected with the special bacteria allowing it to take over the Human corpse and use it as a host. Weepers generally are covered with fungal growths, they also are littered with "infection bulges" whose purpose is to release in a vile explosion millions of bateria. These bacteria will infect any Tributes near by, causing a breakout of this disease in the arena. The Weeper's skin is coloured a disgusting peach color with bits of black and brown thrown around. The weeper also has several tentacle like appendages with "feelers" attached to it.

Dear President Snow,

I am writing this letter to inform you about my great pleasure with the Hunger Games. I would like to give you some reasons to continue the Hunger Games. The first of these is that it creates fear among the populace. This allows you to perform any action without question due to the general intimidation you opose with these games. Secondly these games show how much power the Capitol  truly possesses. You show the people of Panem that you can, and you will take their children and force them to eliminate each other. My final point in this subject is that the Hunger Games prevent almost all rebellion from the people of the Districts. The last rebellion occurred seventy four years ago, and ever since you implemented the Hunger Games into society there has been no resistance. I thank you Mr. President for listening to why you should continue the Hunger Games.

The items that I chose were: bow and arrow, rope, sleeping bag, reflective heat jacket and a bottle of water. I have created a list of why I chose these items.

Bow and Arrow: I can use it for hunting animals for food.

Rope: It can be used for setting traps and millions of other things.

Reflective Heat Jacket: Protects you from the elements during the day.

Sleeping Bag: Keeps me warm during the night and protects me from water.

Bottle of Water: I can refill it, and it keeps water clean and contained.
